About Creative Impressions Gallery

Creative Impressions gallery has been serving the Sacramento area since 1989. 

Creative Impressions Gallery specializes in local interior design of artwork and live plant rental and monthly services. 

Artist-photographer Bobby Rinkle is the owner of Creative Impressions Gallery.  He works in collaboration with International artist Penny Soto. 

They have designed wonderful works together that have been used to represent some of Sacramento’s historical places and special events.
